Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. After the order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If items ship separately, you will receive an email with tracking for each shipment.

Placing An Order

Orders can be placed on Gorsuch.com or by phone with Customer Care at 1-800-525-9808. After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details.

Order Processing

Order Processing may take 24 to 48 hours before your order is shipped.

Please take this into consideration if ordering for a special occasion or if you are traveling.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are a reservation for items that are not yet in stock but will be available to ship at a future date. You will not be charged until your items ship.

The estimated ship by date for pre-orders appears on the item's product detail page. Estimated ship dates are provided to Gorsuch by our partners and are subject to change.

If an item is cancelled for any reason, Customer Care will notify you via email.

Modify Or Cancel Order

Items cannot be added to an existing order. A new order will be created.

Shipping Methods

Order Processing may take 24 to 48 hours before your order is shipped.

Standard - $10 Flat Rate
In stock items: Receive your order 4-5 business days after it has shipped. A signature may be required.
If your shipping address is a PO Box, your package's final delivery will be handled by the US Postal Service.

2nd Day Air - $25 Flat Rate
In stock items: Receive your order 2 business days after it has shipped. A signature may be required.

Next Business Day - $35 Flat Rate
In stock items: Receive your order next business day after it has shipped. A signature may be required.

Alaska & Hawaii Deliveries
If requesting delivery to these locations, your order requires air shipping as we cannot ship ground.

Virgin Island & Puerto Rico Deliveries
If requesting delivery to these locations, your package will be handled by the US Postal Service.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on the availability of each item. Our shipping charge applies only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

Delivering to Multiple Addresses

At this time, it is not possible place an order on gorsuch.com with multiple delivery addresses. Please call customer care at 1-800-525-9808 to place your order over the phone.

Shipping Restrictions

California Assembly Bill 44
As of January 1, 2023, the state of California has banned the sale or shipment of products containing fur and python. These products cannot be shipped to California addresses.

International Orders
At this time we are not accepting International Orders.

We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards as payment online or by phone. Gorsuch gift cards can be used online, in any of our Gorsuch stores, or by calling 800-525-9808 to speak to one of our representatives. Please note, we are not able to accept international credit cards that were issued outside of the United States.

Please note, we no longer accept checks.

Using Gorsuch Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used online or in a Gorsuch store. For an online purchase, enter the card number and pin at checkout. Once your order is submitted online, the funds will immediately be deducted from the card.

You can pay any remaining balance with a payment method of your choice.

In store, please present the card or number to the cashier at checkout.

Sales Tax

Taxes calculated at checkout are estimated by ship to address. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.

Orders shipped to AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, or WY will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order.

Please note: States may change at any time based on new state issued regulations.

Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller’s program account number is SSU-R010241607

Return & Exchange Policies

Orders placed between November 1, 2023 and December 25, 2023 are eligible for our extended holiday return window which ends January 25th, 2024. Please submit your returns before this deadline.

If for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectations, please return for a full refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:

• Returns are accepted within 21 days from the date you receive your order.
• Items must be returned to us new and unused, with the original tags still attached.
• Final Sale Items may not be exchanged or returned.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
• To complete an exchange as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order for the new item you would like. Please return your original item using our returns portal: click here

How to Make a Return

• Print out the UPS shipping label or present your returns confirmation email at any UPS location to have them print a label for your convenience.
• $15 will automatically be deducted from your refund.
• You will receive an email notification once your package has been received and your items have been refunded.

Gift Return

If you wish to return a gift, please contact customer care at 1-800-525-9808 or email customercare@gorsuch.com.

You may either make an exchange or we will refund the purchase amount to a Gorsuch gift card.

Receiving a Refund

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please refer to your refund notification email and contact us if you have any questions.

Credit Card
Your account will be credited within 7 business days of receipt of your items.

Gift Cards
When a gift is returned, a Gorsuch gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. Gift cards can be used online, in any of our Gorsuch stores, or by calling 800-525-9808 to speak to one of our representatives.

If you choose to use a Gorsuch provided return shipping label, $15 is automatically deducted from your refund.

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change. Gorsuch works hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. Gorsuch reserves the right to change the current advertised price. Online promotions and prices are not valid in stores. These offers cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other discount offer.

Store Returns

Please return your items within 5 days of purchase to the same store location.

Gorsuch catalog and Gorsuch.com purchases may not be returned or exchanged in any of the Gorsuch stores.

What is a special order?

A special order can be placed for an item that is not in stock but can be ordered especially for you. The lead time will vary by vendor and payment will be collected before the item ships. A member of our customer service team will be in touch to confirm the order and item availability. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of incorrect or damaged merchandise.

What shipping methods are available?

Shipping Methods
We offer standard Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air and Next Business Day. If shipping to a PO BOX, please select USPS as your shipping method to ensure delivery. (Expedited methods non-applicable.) Please allow an additional 2-3 days of processing time before your in-stock order ships.

Oversized Items
Some larger items, including furniture, must be shipped via freight for an additional charge. After placing your order, our customer care team will contact you with an expected delivery date and estimated shipping charges.

International Shipping
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not currently able to ship outside of the United States, or accept credit cards that were issued outside of the United States.

After the receipt of your items to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your credit to appear on the original form of payment.

Gift Wrap

Gift wrap is not available at this time.

Gift Card

Gift cards are temporarily not available for purchase online.

If you have an existing gift card, you may use them for any purchases.

Gift cards are specially wrapped and mailed with a copy of our latest catalog. Gift cards can be mailed to the purchaser or the gift recipient.

The following shipping methods are available if ordered by 12pm (MST):
UPS Ground: 5-7 business days (complimentary)
Two-Day Delivery: 2 business days ($25)
Overnight Delivery: Next business day ($35)
