Gorsuch Returns

If for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectations, please return for a full refund. Gorsuch return policies:

• Accepted within 21 days from the date you receive your order.

• Items must be new and unused, with the original tags still attached.

• Returns can be started online using our user-friendly system. A fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund using our return shipping label.

Start a return by entering your email address & order number. You will also be asked to confirm your address for the return label.

Items from your order will automatically be displayed. Select which items you would like to return.

You will be asked to choose a return reason. All feedback is important to our team.

Confirm Details & Return Label

At the final confirmation page, please review all of the details of your return.

After submitting, you will be provided with your return UPS shipping label to print at home. If you are unable to print, please show the label to UPS staff and they will print it for you.

Place your items in an appropriately sized box. Seal package. Affix shipping label. Drop off at any convenient UPS drop-off location.

Return Policies

• Returns are accepted within 21 days from the date you receive your order.

• Final Sale Items may not be exchanged or returned.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Please place a new order for the new item you would like. Please return your original item using our returns portal: click here.
Gift Return

If you wish to return a gift, please contact customer care at 1-800-525-9808 or email customercare@gorsuch.com.You may either make an exchange or we will refund the purchase amount to a Gorsuch gift card.
Receiving a Refund

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please refer to your refund notification email and contact us if you have any questions.

Credit Card
Your account will be credited within 7 business days of receipt of your items.

Gift Cards
When a gift is returned, a Gorsuch gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. Gift cards can be used online, in any of our Gorsuch stores, or by calling 800-525-9808 to speak to one of our representatives.If you choose to use a Gorsuch provided return shipping label, $15 is automatically deducted from your refund.
Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change. Gorsuch works hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. Gorsuch reserves the right to change the current advertised price. Online promotions and prices are not valid in stores. These offers cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other discount offer.
Store Returns

Please return your items within 5 days of purchase to the same store location.

Gorsuch catalog and Gorsuch.com purchases may not be returned or exchanged in any of the Gorsuch stores.
