• How do I make a reservation?
Once you select your location, choose the dates you would like to reserve your equipment. Next you will be prompted to select your package (see below for package descriptions) and fill you’re your personal information. Once the form is complete, you will receive an email confirming your reservation.
• What is the difference between each package?
Demo: The Demo package offers the latest and highest performing equipment tailored to match the terrain you want to enjoy based on the snow conditions upon your arrival. This packaged allows you the option to exchange and try as many different skis as you would like.
Premium: The premium package offers a choice between two of the most elite companies in the ski industry. Each ski is handmade in small batches offering you a bespoke product that we believe will provide you with an unparalleled skiing experience.
Zai: Our Zai skis are handcrafted in the Swiss Alps from the very finest materials, including wood, stone and patented carbon fibers. These are high performance skis of the highest quality that have redefined the perimeters of modern ski design.
Wagner: Our Wagner ski collection is the result of our partnership with Pete Wagner, a Colorado based ski company that has brought a very special product to the market place. Together we have produced a fleet made especially for our conditions here in the Rocky Mountains. Our mix includes everything from front side carving skis to back bowl powder skis. As Pete says, "you ski with confidence, power and joy."
Rental: The Alpine package is ideal for the introductory skier which includes an easy carving ski to help improve your form. These skis are designed to initiate easier turns, hold better edges and assist in advancing your level to intermediate.
Snowboard: We carry top of the line products from Burton including the LTR (Learn To Ride) boards for beginners and the newest in demos for more advanced riders.
• What are your rental shop hours, and can we pick up our equipment the day before our first ski/board day?
Yes, you are more than welcome to pick up your equipment after 3pm the day before your rental. All of our locations are open from 8 am to 8 pm, some open until 9 pm. To check specific store hours click on your pick-up location.
• What if I don’t know my ski boot size?
Most people do not know their accurate boot size. When picking up your equipment our boot fitting experts will measure and examine your foot to ensure a proper boot fit.
• Can I request a specific ski?
Yes, when filling out your personal information on our rental form, you may request a specific ski under "remark". However, do to unpredictable snow conditions it is best to talk to one of our professional rental technicians who will evaluate your ability and pair you with the appropriate ski.
• Can I rent from one location and return at another?
Yes. You may pick up and drop off at any one of our locations.
