returns and exchanges

Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted within 14 days from date of receipt. They must be in pristine condition, accompanied by the packing slip indicating the reason for your return. The value of the merchandise returned will be credited to the exact form of payment used for the original purchase.

Holiday gifts must be returned by Friday January 9, 2009. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable gift card.

For your protection, we suggest sending the item via UPS or FedEx, insured with return receipt requested to:

Please note, the cost to ship an item for return/ exchange is the customer's responsibility. If the item is an exchange, Gorsuch will ship the exchanged item (s) to the customer via standard 5-7 day Fed Ex shipping without any charge to the customer.

catalog and online purchases
Gorsuch catalog and Gorsuch.com purchases may not be returned/ exchanged in any of the Gorsuch stores. If merchandise is attempted to be returned/ exchanged at one of the Gorsuch stores, the merchandise will be shipped from the store to our warehouse, and your account will be credited for the full amount when your return arrives at our warehouse.

sale returns
sale merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund. items returned after seven days from the date of receipt will be exchanged for a merchandise credit.

store purchases
Any Gorsuch merchandise purchased in store should be returned at the Gorsuch store where it was purchased within 5 days of purchase for a full refund.

gift return
When a gift is returned, a Gorsuch merchandise credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The merchandise credit gift card can be used for purchases from Gorsuch stores and Catalog purchases. We are unable to honor gift card purchases online at this time. If you would like to use your gift card for a item you have viewed on our website, please call customer service for additional assistance.

price adjustments
Prices are subject to change. Gorsuch works hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. Gorsuch reserves the right to change the current advertised price.Online promotions and prices are not valid in stores.
