Items that read "in stock" should arrive approximately 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Anything else (ie, ships within 24 hours, 1-2 days or 3-4 days) is not considered "in stock" and will not be shipped out the day of purchase. Please provide a physical address for delivery as we ship via FedEx or UPS.

If requested, add $12 to standard S&P per shipment. In stock items should arrive 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon MST. Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (MST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. A signature may be required.

If requested, add $20 to standard S&P per shipment. In stock items should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). A signature is required.

If requested, add $30 to standard S&P per shipment. Your order should arrive the next Saturday. If ordered by 12:00 noon (MST) on Friday, your order should arrive the next day.

If requested delivery to these locations, add $15 to standard S&P per shipment. Your order should arrive 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon MST. At this time we are not accepting International Orders.

In stock items should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon MST. Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes.

S&P is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

These items are indicated by (ASC) following the item price. For these items, call for charges to your shipping address. These charges are in addition to the charge on the chart above. The above rates apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, the rates apply to each address.

Multiple items on the same order may be shipped separately depending on the availability of each item. S&P charges for items shipped standard delivery will be pro-rated over the entire order. Orders shipped two-day and next-day delivery will incur the two-day ($12) and next-day ($20) charge for every instance of expedited shipping for multiple item orders.

For orders being shipped to Pitkin, Eagle and Summit counties, please call for local tax charges. All other Colorado shipments add 2.9% sales tax.

Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted within 14 days from date of receipt. They must be in pristine condition, accompanied by the packing slip indicating the reason for your return. The value of the merchandise returned will be credited to the exact form of payment used for the original purchase. Holiday gifts must be returned by Friday, January 6, 2012. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable gift card.

Please note, the cost to ship an item for return/ exchange is the customer's responsibility. If the item is an exchange, Gorsuch will ship the exchanged item (s) to the customer via standard 5-7 day FedEx shipping without any charge to the customer.

Gorsuch catalog and Gorsuch.com purchases may not be returned / exchanged in any of the Gorsuch stores. If merchandise is attempted to be returned/ exchanged at one of the Gorsuch stores, the merchandise will be shipped from the store to our warehouse, and your account will be credited for the full amount when your return arrives at our warehouse.

Sale merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items returned after seven days from the date of receipt will be exchanged for a merchandise credit.

Any Gorsuch merchandise purchased in store should be returned at the Gorsuch store where it was purchased within 5 days of purchase.

When a gift is returned, a Gorsuch gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The merchandise gift card can be used for purchases from Gorsuch stores and Catalog purchases. We are unable to honor gift card purchases online. Gorsuch reserves the right to change the current advertised price. Online promotions and prices are not valid in stores.
